About ticMusicServer:
ticMusicServer is an application that aids in playing music remotely, like BeInYourStereo, but with a native BeOS GUI like CL-Amp.
You connect to the server component using the BeOS GUI-client, and from there you can do the normal things you'd expect from a music player:
- Browse through the files on the server.
- Change volume
- Seek in the song
- Edit/Save/Manage playlists
-- in short, everything you'd expect from a *Amp-style music player.
Don't hesitate, download now!
Requires Python-2.1 and SoundPlay.

Details about this version:
-- Jikes.
Sorry, I wasn't thinking. This version definitely works.
* Added full-screen interface (like ticMusicController, only this one does 99% of what the GUI client does) to be controlled by a remote control and SpicyKeys/IRMan input_server add-on or only BeInControl.
- Finally, you can change music from bed!
* The server now stores the last active playlist.
- No more hunting down the songs you listened to just before you shut down the server without saving the list
* The player now includes the server's IP in the window title.
- Connecting to lots of servers? No problem, now you know which one you're in!
* Documentation rewritten.
- Universal HTML format, viewable with your favourite browser; snazzed-up formatting.
... and lots and lots of bug fixes.
