About OGMtools:
Command-line tools for handling Ogg media files.
ogmcat = concatenates ogm files into one ogm file
ogmsplit = splits ogm files into separate ogm files
ogmdemux = extracts streams from ogm files into separate files
ogminfo = displays information about ogm files
ogmmerge = creates ogm files from multimedia files
You'll need libogg 1.1 and libvorbis 1.0.1, these are included in the latest LibPak.
