ZSA is the application which allows you to evaluate the results of a scanned body by MR and Voxel handling.
What
is ZSA?
ZSA is the application which allows you to evaluate the results of a
scanned body by MR and Voxel handling.
ZSA stands for the old name of a small university project "ZETA for
Scientific Applications". As many others, was a unfinished project not
ready in the need of some time and motivation to make it public, After some
weeks of work here are the results.
Pretends to be a tool for handling and previewing all these kind of huge
amount of data models, as long as a starting point to bring to the platform
tools as the VTK toolkit or Mayavi.

- Working with RAW models 8 and 16 bits and high
resolution
volumens
- Resampling from 8 to 16 bits and vice-versa
- Exporting to VTK file format for the vtk Toolkit or Mayavi
Software
- Performance of values histograms for furher analisys
tools
- Sections/slide browsing of the volumes in the 3D Axis.
