About BeFore:
BeFore is a boot loader designed for use with BeOS 5 Personal Edition. It runs at the start of the autoexec.bat file to give you the opportunity to boot into BeOS instead of booting up Windows first and then rebooting into BeOS.

Now provides a prompt, timing out after three seconds, and automatically continuing to load Windows if a key is not pressed. If a key is pressed then the menu is loaded as normal.
