About DogWhistle:
DogWhistle can be seen as either a remote-control for the Tracker, or as an Explorer-like tree-view app. Based on the
principle of not re-inventing the wheel, it opens and closes Tracker windows you select in its tree-view, thus providing
all the functionality of the Tracker with the flexibility and intuitiveness of a tree-based view of the filesystem.
